IntercomLux Security is proud to celebrate International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This year’s International Women’s Day theme is Break the Bias, with the goal of creating gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field. As a company focussed on advancement of women in the security workforce, we strive to achieve an inclusive culture through our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
In a historically male dominated industry, we are proud to celebrate and elevate women in the security industry – and beyond. At IntercomLux, it is our priority to work towards gender parity in the security industry, provide opportunities and mentorship for women and minority groups to achieve their goals and aspire to leadership roles, and partner with and support organizations whose values align with our own.
